- From Parkway turn onto Veterans Blvd (Dollywood Ln), then veer right at the traffic light by the Golf Course to continue onto Upper Middle Creek Rd. Drive for approximately 4 miles to the entrance of Summit View. Turn left at the 2 large fake trees and continue up the hill. Keep Left at the forks as you head all the way to the top #25 there is lots of flat parking and plenty of room to turn around several cars at the top.
